Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular maintenance checks and inspections to identify and rectify issues within the facilities.
  • Evaluate electrical and hydraulic systems to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Oversee equipment inventory and initiate orders as required.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and service providers.
  • Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate logs of daily operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
  • Proven experience in planning and executing maintenance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
  • Familiarity with various facility machinery and equipment, including packaging machines and die cutters.
  • Ability to monitor and report on maintenance activities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or facility management is advantageous.
  • Certification as a Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) is preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.
