About the Role: Amazon's Machine Learning Engineering team is seeking a talented Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our ML Apps team, you will be responsible for leading the development and deployment of large-scale machine learning models on AWS Neuron. This includes designing and implementing distributed training solutions using PyTorch, TensorFlow, and other libraries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and deployment of large-scale machine learning models on AWS Neuron
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement distributed training solutions
  • Develop and maintain software components for AWS Neuron, including the Neuron compiler and runtime stacks

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of professional software development experience in cloud computing or machine learning
  • Experience leading teams and projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture
