Position Overview: We are in search of a Communications Associate Manager who is passionate about storytelling and possesses exceptional writing abilities. This role is integral to our Global Communications team, working closely with various departments to enhance our corporate narrative. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong judgment and problem-solving skills, delivering innovative communication strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality written content that advances our corporate narrative, including scripts, executive summaries, opinion pieces, blog entries, and engaging social media content.
  • Manage and curate content for corporate social media platforms and our news portal.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director of Content to gather stories and conduct research, fostering strong relationships across the organization.
  • Oversee the corporate content calendar to ensure timely sharing of impactful stories and product highlights.
  • Gather materials and draft submissions for industry awards and recognitions.
  • Maintain editorial resources and toolkits, including key messaging documents and style guides.
  • Assist in developing premium content for major events throughout the year.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and new tools to enhance team productivity.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends in communication and storytelling, exploring innovative approaches across key corporate channels.

Qualifications:

  • Proven storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing your writing expertise.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, journalism, communications, or public relations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms.
  • Curiosity and creativity to uncover compelling stories from various business areas.
  • Excellent judgment, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude.
  • Detail-oriented with strong project management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools is a plus.
  • A positive attitude and a sense of humor.
