Cart and Janitorial Associate Job Summary

  • As a valued member of the Walmart team, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have a great first and last impression by maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Gather carts from the parking lot to ensure they are properly stored and ready for use.
  • Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, promoting a seamless shopping experience.
  • Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety.
  • Display a positive attitude in all weather conditions, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively as part of the Front-End Service team to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
