CJL Consulting Services is a leading provider of clinical nutrition consulting services to the long-term care industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) or Dietetic Technician, Registered (DTR) to join our team as a Nutrition Consultant - Hybrid Role.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical nutrition and dietary management support consulting services to our long-term care clients.
• Develop and implement quality assurance reports to ensure regulatory compliance and optimal patient care.
• Lead nutrition at risk meetings and provide clinical nutrition interventions and care plans to patients.
• Complete quality assurance audits to ensure state and federal survey preparedness.
• Participate as an essential member of the interdisciplinary team, providing nutrition expertise and support to patients and healthcare professionals.
• Communicate effectively with facility representatives to coordinate care and services.
• Complete nutrition assessments and Minimum Data Set (MDS) sections to ensure accurate and comprehensive patient data.
• Participate in weekly team calls and contribute to quality assurance data collection and analysis.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) state licensure (LDN).
• Valid driver's license.
• Computer experience and proficiency in PointClickCare software preferred, but training will be provided.
