We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Caregiver to join our team at WelbeHealth. As a Home Caregiver, you will provide personalized care and assistance to our vulnerable seniors in their homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hands-on personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) to our participants, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs), such as laundry, light housekeeping, and shopping.
- Measure and document participants' vital signs as instructed.
- Aid with light meal preparation and feeding, ensuring participants are nourished and hydrated.
- Help participants with safe transfer in and out of their homes and act as a medical escort on vehicles and to medical appointments as assigned.
- Assist the Rehabilitation department by carrying out a home exercise program as indicated in the care plan developed by the IDT, after sufficient training.
- Provide translation services as needed, if qualified.
- High School Diploma or Equivalency.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / First Aid Certification required.
- Reliable means of transportation.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Must be registered and cleared with the Department of Social Services Home Care Registry prior to start date.

Salary/Wage base range for this role is $20.00 - $22.93 hourly + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers a competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage, and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
