Position Overview:

As a Project Manager, you will:
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate construction activities across a diverse range of projects.
  • Oversee primarily Water/Wastewater plants along with other commercial and industrial initiatives.
  • Manage either one large project or multiple smaller projects simultaneously.
  • Ensure project objectives are met within designated timelines and budget constraints.
  • Lead a team of Project Engineers, Superintendents, and Foremen to ensure effective project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain communication with clients to facilitate project activities.
  • Define project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in alignment with corporate guidelines.
  • Collaborate with project staff to outline work plans and assign responsibilities.
  • Develop work plans and staffing for each project phase, coordinating recruitment or assignment of personnel.
  • Direct and coordinate project personnel activities to ensure timely progress and adherence to budget.
  • Review project proposals to assess timelines, funding limitations, and resource availability.
  • Monitor project status and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Prepare comprehensive project reports for management and clients.
  • Provide technical guidance and resolve issues in collaboration with project personnel.
  • Represent the company in client progress meetings.
  • Manage financial aspects of contracts, ensuring project profitability.
  • Facilitate daily coordination meetings and mentor team members for career development.
