Medical Anesthesiologist

Aya Locums is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to fill a 26-week locum tenens position at an Acute Care Hospital in Logansport, IN. This opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate of $215-$225.

As a CRNA, you will provide anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgery, including preoperative assessment, intraoperative anesthesia management, and postoperative pain management. You will work collaboratively with surgeons, surgical teams, and other healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthetic plans as needed
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical care interventions
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records
• Stay current on the latest advancements in anesthesia practice through continuing education

You must have a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP) from an accredited CRNA program. You must also hold an active and unencumbered advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) license in Indiana and national certification as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
