Wireless Audio Merchandiser

What You'll Do
As a Wireless Audio Merchandiser, you will introduce Sonos home theater technology to Costco members, promoting its features and benefits. You will execute sales strategies against program operations plans, build relationships with store managers and associates, engage customers through product demonstrations, and assist in training store personnel.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include serving as a dedicated brand influencer, executing sales strategies, building relationships with store managers and associates, engaging customers through product demonstrations, and assisting in training store personnel. You will also be responsible for putting Sonos products in the spotlight, displayed perfectly and ready to rock the sales floor.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have previous sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics. You should be a star, bringing your enthusiastic attitude, strong sales aptitude, and high degree of initiative. You must also be customer-focused, able to wow customers with your interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.

Compensation
This seasonal position offers a competitive hourly rate of $21-$23 per hour, commensurate with experience. You will work 12 hours per weekend, with 6-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, and one 6-hour shift on Black Friday. The program runs through February 9th, with a possibility of extension. You will also receive sales bonuses up to 20%, a retention bonus for program completion, paid training, and W2 employment with direct deposit.
