This hybrid position demands a rare combination of talents: a discerning eye for clean, impactful design, along with robust skills in video editing, motion graphics, and ideally, 3D animation.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute across various mediums, from crafting stunning visual designs to producing dynamic video content and motion graphics that elevate our brand.
As part of BlueScope Buildings North America, a leader in engineered building solutions, you will engage in an industry that merges innovation with structural beauty.
This position allows you to shape the direction of an evolving brand currently undergoing significant transformations.
As we bring new brand expressions to life, you will play a pivotal role in creating a comprehensive library of visual assets, including capturing video and photography that showcases the remarkable buildings our company has helped realize.
This role will involve travel to various locations to gather case study assets of completed projects, document construction processes, and capture portrait images of the builders we collaborate with.
This position is not confined to templated designs or rigid guidelines. Instead, it offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by exercising your creative talents and narrating our brand stories through compelling video storytelling and innovative, refined design.
Graphic Design
Design and produce high-quality visual assets across diverse platforms, including printed materials, websites, digital and multichannel integrated campaigns, experiential designs, event branding, social media, and sales enablement tools.
Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries to deliver fresh, impactful visuals that uphold the standard for creative excellence.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas, explore visual directions, and ensure that all visual elements are polished and align with the overall creative vision.
Video Editing and Motion Graphics
Edit video content to create engaging, high-impact videos that resonate with our audience and enhance brand engagement.
Develop dynamic motion graphics and animations that bring our brand narratives to life, enriching the overall visual experience.
Utilize 3D capabilities to create innovative and visually stunning motion graphics that distinguish our brand.
Multimedia Production
Contribute to video production, including shooting video and photography as needed, ensuring all content is visually compelling and aligns with brand standards.
Capture the beauty and engineering excellence of the buildings our company helps realize, creating a visual library of brand assets that narrate our story.
Travel to various locations to document case studies, construction processes, and capture portrait images of builders and projects.
