Job Summary

Advics is seeking a skilled Warehouse Material Handler 2nd Shift to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping materials in a safe and efficient manner.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Store materials in designated areas, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Operate forklifts and tuggers to move materials throughout the warehouse
  • Prepare and process shipping documents, including bills of lading
  • Meet productivity and quality standards, adhering to 5S principles and safety protocols

Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 6+ months of manufacturing experience, preferably in shipping and receiving
  • Knowledge of DOT regulations and ability to complete bills of lading
  • Ability to work overtime as scheduled

Work Environment
The warehouse environment involves moderate risks or discomforts, requiring special safety precautions and protective gear. The physical demands of this role include regular talking and hearing, occasional walking and sitting, and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
