**Job Summary**

Kansas Youth Dental & Braces, a Benevis company, is seeking an Orthodontist to join our team. As a Smile Enhancer - Pediatric Dentistry Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to underserved patients, primarily focusing on children and young adults.

**About the Role**

This position emphasizes teamwork, community engagement, and creating positive patient experiences while utilizing advanced dental technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults, with a compassionate approach that prioritizes patient comfort and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**

Dental Care Provision

  • Provide quality dental care to patients of all ages, with a focus on pediatric dentistry
  • Utilize advanced dental technology, including digital x-ray and Panorex units, to deliver efficient and accurate diagnoses
  • Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure seamless patient care

Community Engagement

  • Participate in activities that promote a positive image of the company and enhance community relationships
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of community outreach programs that promote oral health and wellness

Professional Development

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthodontic technology and techniques through ongoing education and training
  • Pursue opportunities for professional growth and advancement within the company

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A DDS/DMD degree from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • A certificate of completion of a residency from an accredited post-graduate Orthodontic Program
  • A valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults

**Compensation and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000 - $300,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:

**Location**
