The Richland School District is seeking a highly qualified Certified School Psychologist to join our team. As a key member of our educational leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychological services to students, staff, and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and evaluate functional behavior assessment and positive behavior intervention programs
- Collect and analyze student data, including curriculum-based assessments, and implement progress monitoring systems
- Provide training and support to teachers and staff on behavioral interventions and student support strategies
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Participate in the development and implementation of district-wide initiatives to support student mental health and well-being
Requirements:
- PA certification as a school psychologist
- Experience in developing and implementing behavioral interventions and student support strategies
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
