Key Responsibilities: Ensure a welcoming environment for our residents, both current and prospective, by maintaining the aesthetics and orderliness of the shared spaces.

Role Summary: The groundskeeper/porter plays a crucial role in the overall maintenance of the property, including the exterior buildings, leasing office, and parking areas. Key tasks include:

  • Regular maintenance of the property and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal
  • Performing custodial duties in common areas
  • Conducting grounds work such as litter collection and light landscaping
  • Executing various maintenance tasks as assigned

Qualifications: Our ideal Groundskeepers/Porters should possess the following:

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor with residents, visitors, and maintenance personnel
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
