Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage the activities of nursing staff, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and procedures.

  • Collaborate with Unit Leaders and the Director of Nursing to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Requirements
  • Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
