Position Overview:
The Heavy Equipment Maintenance Specialist is responsible for diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, and overhauling compact and agricultural machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
To excel in this role, the individual must competently perform the following essential duties:
- Conduct troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on compact and agricultural machinery.
- Diagnose, repair, adjust, and modify various components.
- Engage positively with Service Writers, the leadership team, parts department, vendors, and customers.
- Ensure timely updates and submissions of paperwork upon task completion.
- Fulfill certification requirements as necessary.
- Achieve and maintain efficiency labor goals.
