About the Role: As a State Farm team member for Isaiah Tovar, you will play a crucial part in building and developing customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto home and life insurance.

Job Summary:

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads to identify customer needs and market appropriate products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
  2. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to sell State Farm products, including auto, home, and life insurance.
  3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, policies, and sales activities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical skills to understand customer needs and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty license and Life and Health license within a specified timeframe.
