Responsibilities:

  • Work closely in a team-teaching atmosphere to provide a safe and respectful environment for children.
  • Guide and support children in their development of interpersonal skills in a fun and engaging manner.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, faculty, and parents/guardians.
  • Oversee and facilitate the general safety of the children's environment and activities.
  • Act as a role model for children regarding appearance and behavior, communicating with children in a clear and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be 18 or older.
  • Experience working with children or in an educational setting is required.
  • Eagerness to join our professional team of educators is essential.
  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Department of Education Early Education and Care (EEC) licensing is a plus.
