Requirements
  • 1-2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Culinary training or degree
  • Experience with Peruvian cuisine
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
