The Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing HR work in one or more functional areas, including talent acquisition, safety/Workers Compensation, HRIS, leave of absence management, onboarding, and benefits management.
Main Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition: Create and document Talent Acquisition processes, manage the recruitment process from intake meetings to extending employment offers, and maintain HRIS/ATS records.
- Organization and Effectiveness: Plan and execute events such as meetings, employee recognition ceremonies, and holiday parties, manage access badge and name label processes, create and distribute org charts, and collaborate across the HR department to support annual goals.
- Administrative Tasks: Process invoices and expense reimbursements, timecard and temporary worker administrative tasks, and on-boarding and off-boarding procedures.
Requirements
- Two (2)+ years of recent experience in similar tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business, or another relevant field of study.
- Reside within max. 25 miles from Arlon's location.
- Basic to advanced computer skills in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills (listening, verbal, written, presentation, inter-personal).
- Positive outlook, professional demeanor, with a strong work ethic, attendance, organization, accuracy, attention to detail, good judgment, and discretion.
- Demonstrate strong commitment to organizational goals and acts in the best interest of the company.
- Biliterate English-Spanish a plus, but not required.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on factors such as market conditions, job-related knowledge and skills, education, training, and experience. If hired, employment will be at will, and the Company reserves the right to modify pay and other discretionary payment or compensation programs at any time.
