We are seeking a highly qualified Adjunct Instructor, Biology to teach biology courses to support the biology degree program curriculum requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in biology and experience in teaching and instructional technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Teach biology courses, including lecture and/or laboratory instruction, to support the biology degree program curriculum requirements.
- Develop and implement effective teaching methods and assessments to support student learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic achievement, and performance in accordance with university policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Master's degree or higher in Biology or a related field with at least 18 graduate credit hours in Biology.
- Experience working with college-level students and students from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong background in biology and experience in teaching and instructional technologies.
- Prior experience working with online learning management systems.
- Ability to use instructional technology to support classroom activities.
