Job Summary:

The Beauty Stylist is a key member of our Ulta Beauty team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences through hair care services, product recommendations, and exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong focus on delivering professional services that meet or exceed guest expectations, while also driving sales and contributing to the overall success of the salon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a wide range of hair services, including hair design, coloring, styling, treatments, extensions, and makeup applications
• Meet or exceed sales goals for hair services and contribute to overall retail and service sales goals
• Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services, and apply this knowledge to deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Develop strong relationships with guests through consultations and retail recommendations
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, and maintain a clean and organized salon environment

Requirements:

• Cosmetology license
• Previous relevant salon experience preferred
• Proficiency with salon techniques and products
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
