Job Title: Clinical Dietitian

About the Job:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our nutrition team in an acute care medical center in Apple Valley, CA. As a key member of our team, you will provide medical nutrition therapy, including nutrition assessment, diet modification, nutrition education, and intervention for our patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality medical nutrition therapy services to patients with various health conditions.
• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on healthy eating habits and disease management.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must be a registered dietitian with a strong foundation in clinical nutrition and experience working in an acute care setting. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. A bachelor's degree in nutrition or a related field is required, along with current registration with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and licensure as required by state law.
