Responsibilities

As a trial attorney, you will be responsible for handling a high-volume caseload from discovery stage through trial. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective litigation strategies, manage complex cases, and provide exceptional advocacy for our clients.

You will possess outstanding research abilities, written and oral advocacy skills, and the ability to independently manage a busy and time-sensitive caseload. You will also be well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Qualifications
  • Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
  • Active license to practice law in New York and membership in good standing with the New York state bar
  • 1-10 years of insurance defense litigation/trial experience
  • Experience working in a paperless environment
  • Experience directing support staff on clerical and administrative matters related to lawsuit handling
  • Strong automation/technological skills for lawsuit handling and courtroom presentation
  • Ability to work in a hybrid role, with a combination of in-office and virtual work arrangements

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,625.00-$160,000.00, with potential yearly incentive pay up to 16% of base salary. We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
