Compensation: $28 to $35/hour, based on experience
Work Schedule: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the landscaping team
  • Develop and manage project timelines to ensure efficient execution
  • Oversee the care and maintenance of plants, including planting, watering, weeding, pruning, and fertilizing
  • Mentor and train team members, promoting a collaborative and effective work environment
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, addressing any inquiries and providing project updates
  • Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Demonstrated management and leadership capabilities
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and remain physically active
