Physical Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients recover from injuries or diseases, restoring function, improving mobility, relieving pain, and preventing or limiting permanent physical disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive physical therapy assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Implement and update treatment plans as needed, utilizing evidence-based practices and staying up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Document patient progress, outcomes, and treatment plans in accordance with FHS documentation standards.
- Participate in ongoing education, training, and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry best practices.
- Master's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program and completion of Clinical Fieldwork.
- Current Washington State license for Physical Therapy or a Washington State Interim Permit.
- Current healthcare provider BLS Certification.
- One year of full-time outpatient orthopedic experience preferred within the last three years (if assigned to the Outpatient Clinic).
- One year of full-time pelvic floor care experience required within the last three years (if assigned to the Pelvic Floor Program).
