Telemedicine Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Opportunity in Massachusetts

We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Thriveworks, a national private practice group with locations in 48 states.
As a Telemedicine Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for making psychiatric assessments and evaluations of clients, prescribing medication as needed, reviewing and approving individualized service plans and assessments, and consulting with Regional Clinic Directors and staff on clients, programs, and services.
To be successful in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Nursing with active prescriptive authority, board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and three years of experience. You should also be licensed and living in the state where you will be practicing.
The compensation for this position is up to $145,000 per year based on two clients per hour. We offer a fully remote work environment, on-staff medical assistants, guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, additional bonus opportunities, flexibility with your schedule, no-show protection, full clinical caseload typically established within the first 90 days, W2 model with health, dental, disability, life, and liability insurance options, malpractice coverage, 401(k) with employer match, CEU reimbursement, monthly in-house professional development, and more.
