Key Responsibilities:- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
- Implementation and Evaluation: Develop and implement individualized plans of care, and evaluate the effectiveness of these plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for any adverse reactions.
- Patient Education: Provide patients and their families with education and support to promote healthy behaviors and self-care.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Leadership and Professional Development: Demonstrate leadership skills by participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities to advance your nursing practice.
- Licensure and Certification: Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and at least 1 year of experience in a critical care setting.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
