Position Overview:
As a pivotal member of our engineering team, you will focus on the integration and validation of a comprehensive wireless RF system tailored for a low Earth orbit (LEO) satellite communication network.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop detailed RF specifications that govern silicon and module-level designs, collaborating closely with teams in Architecture, Product Systems, Algorithm Systems, and RFIC Design.
2. Produce RF line-up specifications in partnership with the RFIC design team to guide the development of testing and validation processes.
3. Comprehend system requirements and architecture thoroughly to formulate precise test plans for validation.
4. Design laboratory setups for various testing types, including radiated chamber tests, and construct necessary test rigs.
5. Engage with external vendors to procure components and equipment essential for building test systems.
6. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams such as hardware, software, and mechanical systems across different time zones to ensure operational requirements are met.
7. Define comprehensive test plans and strategies for lab, field, and in-orbit testing.
8. Automate test execution, including the control and configuration of testing equipment.
9. Document test results, coverage, and other key performance indicators, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
10. Analyze test results to identify root causes of issues and communicate findings to relevant teams.

Qualifications:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Over 7 years of experience in RF testing and validation, with a proven track record of successful product launches.
- Profound understanding of wireless communication principles, particularly in satellite systems.
- Strong knowledge of RF transceiver architectures, with the ability to analyze and test link budgets and antenna signatures.
- Hands-on experience with RFIC system validation methods and testing equipment.
- Proficiency in test automation using Python or similar programming languages.
- Familiarity with communications theory and signal processing algorithms, along with digital architecture principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment, with strong analytical and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of 3GPP standards, particularly 5GNR.
- Experience with MATLAB, SimuLink, SystemVue, or ADS.
- Background in the satellite, aerospace, or related industries.
