As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of service quality while adhering to safety procedures and protocols.
Duties and Responsibilities- Completing resident work orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Conducting apartment turnovers, ensuring a seamless transition for residents
- Providing emergency on-call maintenance services after hours
- Maintaining and repairing HVAC systems
- FOLLOWING ALL SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND PROCEDURES DURING DUTIES
- Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned
To be successful in this role, you must possess a High School diploma or equivalent. Drywall repair and finishing experience is preferred, along with basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair skills. You should be able to handle the physical demands of the position, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.
BASIC ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY IN READING AND WRITING IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE. Additionally, a valid driver's license and a good driving record are necessary, as well as reliable transportation for work purposes. A POST CONDITIONAL OFFER BACKGROUND CHECK AND PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG SCREENING ARE ALSO REQUIRED.
Estimated Salary RangeThe estimated salary range for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
