- Guest Interaction: While Bussers/Runners may not frequently engage with guests, effective communication is essential when addressing their needs.
- Support Servers: Provide assistance to servers as required, maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Table Maintenance: Clear tables by removing plates, utensils, and drinkware, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
- Table Resetting: Prepare tables promptly for incoming guests.
