This position includes paid travel opportunities, allowing you to work in various locations while furthering your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee clinical care for geriatric patients across partner facilities, including skilled nursing, long-term care, assisted living, independent living, and memory care.
- Provide medical coverage at facilities four days a week.
- Act as interim Medical Director at partner locations.
- Foster relationships with facility staff, administrators, and nursing directors.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to address quality of care and patient needs.
- Ensure timely documentation and billing for services in accordance with Curana policies.
- Respond to daytime inquiries from facilities when not on-site.
- Assist in the transition to permanent Curana providers.
- Represent Curana Health positively at all times.
