Role Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Space Superiority Analyst to provide comprehensive technical and analytical support to the Space Operations Command (SpOC) Orbital Warfare Division. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering expert technical guidance to program offices.
- Coordinating documentation and managing Integrated Concept Teams (ICTs).
- Supporting Operations Integration and Mission Delivery (OIMD) activities related to the development and sustainment of Counter-space (CS) and Space Domain Awareness (SDA) capabilities.
- Facilitating the fielding and enhancement of space systems, including support for new system basing, Operational Acceptance (OA), Initial Operational Capability (IOC), and post-IOC modifications.
Analytical Contributions:
You will develop system-of-systems concepts that identify critical interactions among Defensive Space Control (DSC) and Offensive Space Control (OSC) systems, satellite operations centers, and operational command and control nodes.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Air or Space Force as an Orbital Warfare Analyst.
- Experience at an Air or Space Force Field Headquarters or higher level.
- Proficient in creating verbal and written communications for stakeholders, including presentations and memorandums.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Possession of TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience advising senior defense leadership.
- Familiarity with the DoD acquisition process.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and various offices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
