  • Project Oversight: Work with our Production Manager and Field Manager on all aspects of the roofing project to meet deadlines, customer expectations, and ensure high-quality service.
  • Lead Generation: Leads will be provided, but you will also prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and occasional door knocking.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Keep clients informed throughout the entire project.
  • Estimates and Proposals: Provide estimates on the scope of work and develop detailed project proposals.
  • Customer Service: Provide an outstanding customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring total satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
