Autism Therapist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at The Hope Learning Center LLC.

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work with individuals with autism, developmental delays, and other learning disabilities in a clinic-based environment. You will be responsible for supervising clients, implementing treatment plans, tracking data, and reporting progress to the Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA).

• Supervise clients in a safe and supportive environment.
• Implement ABA principles and other relevant interventions under the supervision of the BCBA/BC/QHP and therapists.
• Collect and analyze data on client progress using data sheets and electronic marking devices.
• Prepare and submit reports on client progress to the BCBA and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with professional and support staff, administration, clients, parents, and community groups to ensure effective working relationships.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Registered Behavior Technician Certificate and experience working with individuals with developmental delays. You must also obtain clearances and training as required by the state and federal authorities.
