Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain business decisions team, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data to drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements and resolve data and reporting insights to deliver datasets to executives.
  • Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling.
  • Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations.
  • Help drive a change in usage of data through active surfacing of insights to customers.
  • Develop multiple sophisticated SQL queries and views to prepare data for distribution to collaborators.
  • Design data analysis to achieve business objectives, process data, analyze data, and write clear and concise data findings.
  • Assist with Data Quality (DQ) and Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives.
  • Experience with developing executive-ready PowerPoint presentations.
Requirements
  • Backgrounds in Data Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Must have experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Proficient experience in assembling, querying large, sophisticated sets of data that meet business requirements in SQL queries.
  • Solid grasp in one of the following areas: data structures, data mining, or data maintenance.
  • Experience with SAP transactions and SAP Operations.
  • Data warehouse experience, such as Snowflake, AWS, Azure, etc., to facilitate rapid analysis and dissemination of key data.
  • Must communicate sophisticated data to non-technical internal stakeholders.
  • Experience identifying and solving issues concerning data management to improve data quality, and clean, prepare, and optimize data for ingestion and consumption.
  • Background supporting supply chain or procurement business divisions within a company.
