Requirements:
- Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List
- Immunization Certification through an accredited organization
- Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree
Pay Range:
The typical pay range for this role is $73.00 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
