Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Director to lead our technology team at Kansas Employer. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring the security and integrity of our data, and providing strategic guidance to the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement IT strategies and plans to support business objectives
  • Lead and manage a team of IT professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our data and systems
  • Provide strategic guidance to the organization on IT-related matters
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 10 years of experience in IT management
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Computer Science or related field
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies
  • Experience with IT service management
