Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-trip inspections of mechanical, safety, and emergency equipment to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Display consistent attention to safety and adhere to all applicable regulations.
  • Collect delivery instructions from dispatchers and verify routes to ensure efficient transportation.
  • Maintain accurate logs of working hours, vehicle service, and repair status.
  • Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or damage to the vehicles.
  • Transport non-hazardous and hazardous materials in accordance with DOT and company safety procedures.
  • Handle various products, including hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
  • Perform industrial work and biohazard cleanups, staging, profiling, and processing for disposal.
  • Assist in the removal of soil, debris, and other materials, and clean up spill sites.
  • Operate and clean equipment.
Requirements
  • 2 years of truck driving experience.
  • CDL Class A Tanker License with Hazmat endorsement.
  • Ability to travel and work long hours.
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen.
  • Clean and verifiable driving record and MVR.
  • HAZWOPER and Confined Space certifications.
  • Ability to complete basic job-related paperwork.
  • Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures.
  • Ability to lift or carry heavy objects.
Work Environment

Work location: One location.

Job type: Full-time.
