Key Responsibilities
  • Product Support: Utilize in-depth knowledge of our products to support sales staff and customer needs, ensuring seamless execution of projects.
  • Site Readiness: Read and interpret architectural and structural plans, and EWP and Ready Frame layouts to ensure accurate site preparation and execution.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in our products and processes, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate with sales staff to identify new business opportunities and provide customized presentations to potential customers.
  • Site Visits: Develop a daily schedule to visit jobsites one week before the scheduled start date to provide updates on project status and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Pre-Construction Meetings: Attend pre-construction meetings to educate customers on the Ready Frame process and ensure a thorough understanding of the project.
  • Training and Development: Determine the training needs of new framers and schedule on-site training to ensure they are comfortable with the Ready Frame process.
  • Follow-up and Quality Control: Conduct regular follow-up visits to ensure project quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Liaison: Act as a liaison between the field and location, including design, production, and management, to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of framing and building materials, excellent communication and organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
