Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Banquet Houseman to join our team. As a Banquet Houseman, you will assist the Banquet Manager in preparing for events and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with the Banquet Manager and other team members to ensure seamless event execution.
- Set up meeting rooms to specifications, including transporting equipment and materials.
- Supply and replenish meeting rooms with essentials, such as glasses and water.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to established cleaning schedules.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of meeting room equipment and setup styles.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 100 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Physical stamina to work continuously throughout the shift.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
