This role requires a Master of Science degree or equivalent provision, with licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state of Ohio. National certification as APRN in the appropriate population foci is also required.

Responsibilities:

  • Assesses patients and/or populations, develops, implements, and evaluates plans of care, clearly documenting and communicating information in written and verbal forms.
  • Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures according to established guidelines and standards as necessary for patient care.
  • Serves as a clinical expert for policies, procedures, documentation, and skills, utilizing evidence-based practice.
  • Works with patients and families on patient goals of care, managing pain and symptoms related to palliative care.
  • Assists in education, training, and development of new and existing staff members.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on experience level.
