About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced IT Coordinator to join our team at the State of Oregon. As an IT Coordinator, you will play a critical role in maintaining quality vendor relationships, facilitating IT procurements, and coordinating effective IT governance processes, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain quality vendor relationships and facilitate IT procurements
- Coordinate effective IT governance processes, policies, and procedures
- Help bridge the gap between business and technology
Requirements:
- Three (3) years of information systems experience in asset management, vendor relationship management, or governance/process management
- OR an Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, and one (1) year of information systems experience in asset management, vendor relationship management, or governance/process management
Desired Attributes:
- Expertise and demonstrated experience in IT governance coordination, including meeting facilitation, meeting management, record keeping, policy development, report development, governance communication, etc.
- Expertise and demonstrated experience in vendor and contract management, including contract development/review/administration, procurement, Service Level Agreement (SLA) monitoring, vendor negotiations, vendor performance evaluation, etc.
- Expertise and demonstrated experience in IT budget and asset management, including inventory tracking, lifecycle management, specification review, budget development, expense tracking, license management, etc.
