Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team at vTech Solution. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for operating MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate MRI equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
  • Prepare patients for MRI procedures, including explaining the process and positioning them correctly
  • Monitor patients during procedures and ensure their safety and comfort
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Maintain accurate records of patient procedures and images
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an MRI Technologist
  • Strong knowledge of MRI equipment and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Current BLS and ARRT certifications
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with chest imaging and image post-processing
  • Knowledge of GE and Siemens equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a 4x8 shift schedule. The unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025. The contract staff will be assigned and expected to work a Storm Team and/or Hurricane Team. The contract staff may be required to report to work during a catastrophic event, mass casualty, or disaster.
