Primary Care Physician Opportunity

At Physician Providers Mgmt. Corp., we are seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our team in the Tampa Bay area of Florida. This exciting opportunity offers a chance to practice medicine in a dynamic and innovative environment that prioritizes patient outcomes.
Practice Overview
- We are an established organization with 32 years of experience, providing high-quality primary care services to our patients.
- Our value-based care model enables physicians to focus on delivering exceptional patient care, rather than just managing volume.
Compensation and Benefits
- The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary ranging from $230,000 to $260,000, depending on experience.
- In addition to their base salary, they will have the potential to earn up to $200,000 or more in bonus compensation based on performance.
- We also offer a partnership track with profit-sharing opportunities, allowing our physicians to share in the company's success.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Applicants should be board-certified or board-eligible in family medicine.
- They should also possess some managed care experience, although recent residency graduates will be considered.
- A valid Florida medical license or an active application is required.
