About the Role

Aaron's, Inc is seeking a skilled Appliance Technician to join our team in the Service Center. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing accurate diagnoses and repairs of consumer appliances.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Accurate Diagnoses and Repairs: Conduct thorough inspections and repairs of consumer appliances to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Complete Service Orders and Paperwork: Properly complete all necessary service orders and paperwork associated with the repair.
  • Calculate Estimates: Calculate estimates for all non-warranty repairs to ensure accurate billing.
  • Research Product and Part Information: Research product and part information to determine warranty status and ensure accurate repairs.
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Work Environment: Maintain a safe and clean work environment to ensure a healthy and productive workspace.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
