About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Arcade Cashier to join our team at Songwriters Texas LLC. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Main Tasks:

  • Handle transactions and operate cash registers efficiently.
  • Assist guests with machine operations and answer questions.
  • Prepare reports for management and contribute to promotional activities.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management.
  • Comply with regulations and maintain a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:

  • TABC certification is mandatory.
  • A valid food handler's license is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively is crucial.
  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is highly desirable.
