Pediatric Anesthesiologist Opportunity

At The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, we are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our team. As a member of our care team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients and families, and contribute to the advancement of pediatric care.

About the Role

We are looking for a Pediatric Anesthesiologist who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to children. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a care team model with over 60 faculty, 30 CRNAs, 11 pediatric anesthesiology fellows, and anesthesiology residents from multiple programs. You will be responsible for providing perioperative care to complex patients and cases across every possible surgical service.

Requirements
  • Doctorate Medicine (MD) or Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
  • Working knowledge of hospital policies, practices, and protocols as well as applicable regulations and guidelines
  • Knowledge of computer systems and applications
  • Skills in exercising initiative, judgment, problem-solving, decision-making
  • Ability to research and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and electronic)
