Industrial Automation Specialist

This role is part of our US operations, where we support industries such as automotive, software, energy and life sciences. As an independent player, we provide personal engineering services to OEMs and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities- Support production by resolving faults and implementing interim corrective actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement permanent corrective actions.
- Optimize processes through tip dress and tip change improvements.
- Train maintenance teams on best practices and develop training materials.
- Research and design robotics systems.
- Test and troubleshoot designs to refine them.
- Specialize in industrial design, development, and implementation of robotic systems and technologies.
- Work at the intersection of mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering.
- 5-7 years of experience in industrial robotics for automobiles.
- ABB Programming knowledge and experience.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills.
- Robot Studio knowledge and experience a plus.
- This position requires on-site work at our customer's Heavy Truck Division.
- Experience supporting assembly plants in Heavy Trucks, Military Vehicles, Aircraft, Train, Automobile, large Agriculture equipment, heavy Machinery, or heavy Construction equipment will be considered.
