**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Conductor Trainee to join our team. As a Conductor Trainee, you will be responsible for safely switching railcars and operating trains. You will also be required to perform routine maintenance tasks and inspect equipment.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Switch railcars safely and efficiently* Operate trains in accordance with company policies and procedures* Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment* Inspect equipment to ensure it is in good working condition* Monitor and report daily work activities* Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals* Communicate clearly and effectively with colleagues and supervisors* Follow all safety policies and procedures* Wear required personal protective equipment

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent required* Ability to lift up to 80 pounds* Ability to climb ladders and get on/off equipment* Ability to work at heights above the ground* Ability to see and interpret hand signals from near and far* Ability to read, write, and communicate in English* Ability to pass a background check and obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
